The 2025 American Control Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to provide partial student support for traveling to the 2025 ACC in Denver, CO.
Support will be provided by AACC, IEEE, ASME, SIAM, and the National Science Foundation
The following two conditions are required for qualification:
- The applicant must have been enrolled as a student at the 2025 ACC paper submission deadline (September 27, 2024).
- The applicant must be the presenter (in person) of a paper that has been accepted to the conference.
The student must apply for student travel support by February 16, 2025. Applicants will be notified in early March 2025. The support would cover the registration fee and part of the stay at the conference hotel (Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel).
Details on the support coverage might vary and will be shared later. Applicants should only register for the conference once they have received a decision on their application, as the conference registration would be different for supported students. Applicants who are applying for a visa can automatic generate the invitation letter from PaperPlaza once acceptance decision are made. Please attach a brief letter from your advisor verifying that you 1) were a student at the time of the paper submission and 2) will be presenting at ACC in person in the student travel support application form.
